Library fix

Updated header not to contain function definitions, moved tbf.c's previous functionality to main.c,  Added all library functions to tbf.c.  The goal of this update is to make the library easier to include in a project.  Also function definitions in the header is a big no-no.  Makefile has been updated to respect these changes.

Changed padding in comments to not align/misalign based on rendered tab size. Single-line comments now end in one space rather than multiple until a certain width is achieved.
